The Microprocessor Weld Controller BF450 has been designed with the ability to retrofit to all resistance welding machines to replace your outdated or faulty weld control. The unit is compact with its inbuilt 3 segments LED display and built-in programming keys. The control comes with a built-in 16 weld programs and can be supplied either as a standalone control or replacement kit that can be fitted in 1-2 hours.

The Advanced Microprocessor Weld Controller BF550 is an easy to program weld control. The timer can hold up to 16 weld programs configured through an easy to use practical 8 key built-in program module with LCD display. Programming can be switched between phase angle and constant current with high lift functions via the built-in programmer. The advanced microprocessor weld controller BF550 can be purchased as a stand-alone control or in many other configurations including an all-in-one unit that includes circuit breaker and thyristor all in one cabinet.
